Math Trail & Fun @ ITE CE on 11 Nov 2009

Dear PMJ,

Lifeskills Department is once again organising the Math Trail & Fun 09 this year on 11 Nov 09. This year, the event will be held on the Campus' ground and they hope to beat last year's overwhelming response! There are great prizes to be won for both the winning teams as well as for all the participants. More details can be found below. You are strongly encourage to participate in this event. You may like to team up (4 students) register for the Trail! Let me have your name by 22 Oct so that I can register you. Or students may also direct their queries to any of the LFS Mathematics LTs during their lessons.

About the Math Trail & Fun 09 @ ITE CE

1.Objective:
1. Students will be able to apply their knowledge and skills learnt in the class room in the real life situation;
2. Enhancing team work spirit among students and;
3. Providing opportunity for students to play the leadership role through the activities.

2. Participants:
All CE students (Each team comprises 4 students)

3. Date:
30 Oct 2009 (Fri, Qualifying round at LT3, at 12 noon) 11 Nov 2009 ( Wed, Final )
Time: 1 - 4pm

4. Venue: CE

5 .Prizes:
The groups that complete the trail with the correct answer and best timing will be awarded with the following prizes:
1st prize $100 x 4 = $400
2nd Prize $50 x 4 = $200
3rd Prize $30 x 4 = $120
Souvenirs wil be given to participants
